Unit 4b - Lease
Back in January, a subtle news article was released on Green Tree's website and within the few weeks preceeding the availabilty date (1st April), several Companies has expressed a keen interest in leasing this industrial unit. Previously a leading U.K. Construction Company had occupied the building on a short-term lease in order to refurbish properties in the area as part of a home improvement scheme. Rather ironically, whilst enquiries from various Organisations and industry sectors came from Southern regions such as East Anglia and Sussex (perhaps indicating the beneficial Northern rates and central location), the successful tenant happens to be a Blue Chip organisation who's headquarters and manufacturing operation is situated only minutes away from Green Tree's Doncaster site. The new lease was initiated on the 1st of April and further modifcations have now been carried out in order to serve the bespoke needs of our valued tenant.
