Multi-user warehouse complex & floodlit secure external storage on central motorway network just minutes from major Air, Rail & Seaports ideal for regional distribution centre (RDC) or returns centre - developed to suit high volume requirements incorporating ‘free-flow’ traffic circulation within site layout. Load ramp facilities are essential for many sea-container stuffing / de-stuffing operations.
Warehousing & Storage:
- VNA Racked pallet / carton storage @ economic weekly rates – perfect for storage of non-stackable goods – or where direct fast order-pick access is required.
- Area Rental - warehouse area rental for block stack (FIFO option) @ economic monthly rates – for standard palletised goods, cages, post-pallets, totes, IBC’s, machinery, etc.. – where direct fast pick access is less of a priority.
- Seasonal fluctuations in area required can usually be accommodated.
- Computer produced delivery notes, stock level and transaction reports.
Supply Chain Solutions:
Tailored to your requirements – incorporating Inventory Management providing computerised stock control and reporting systems, Supplier Management, Reverse Logistics (returns management), order picking and offering flexibility to meet your changing 3PL needs and expectations.
Contract Packing & Assembly:
Our tailor-made service can enable an integrated, cost-effective warehousing and supply chain solutions together with meeting your contract packing and assembly needs.
- Assembly, light manufacture, refurbishment, labelling, re-work, sorting and collating, re-packing, and quality control requirements
- Supplier Management – close liaison with you, your suppliers of components and packaging, and your logistics provider. We can implement your component specification quality control system at point of arrival on new goods and returns.
Distribution:
An integrated service provided by the Company utilising third party:- pallet distribution networks, local, national & international haulage contractors, couriers and freight forwarders – providing a single reliable management & accounting source.
Units To Let:
Occasional availability of dedicated high quality units with integral stylish offices @ competitive annual rentals (via lease arrangement) at this unique gem of a site.
